This property is located at Inkerman. This house is located in St Thomas ON. The seller had a major issue – they had SQUATTERS IN THE BASEMENT! The squatters were apparently breaking into the property nightly through a basement window and throwing parties. The owner was scared about trying to sell the traditional way, so they called us. We are able to purchase the house and proceed to renovate after getting the squatters out. We did a full cosmetic renovations including new kitchen and baths, all new flooring, paint, light fixtures, interior doors and trim as well as some light exterior repairs and painting.
