This property is located at Hodgkins Ave., Thorold. Mechanically and structurally the home is sound. The seller had a family member that was causing a mess and he wanted a discreet sale to avoid having people walk through. We purchased this house in true as is condition! There were many belongings left behind as well as some stray animals that we got out before beginning our renovation. On closing, graffiti was found in the upper floors and in the basement. We were able to help this seller by giving them a firm cash offer after he emailed us a set of photos of the house. We did a full cosmetic renovations including new kitchen and baths, all new flooring, paint, light fixtures, interior doors and trim as well as some light exterior repairs and painting.
