This property is located at Park St Barrie. This house is located in Barrie ON. The seller had been stuck in a renovation nightmare for several years and finally wanted out. This house needed everything. Structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing… you name it. The house was definitely not “livable” at the time of purchase and the renovation was a year long process.
