This property is located at Richard, Sarnia. This house is located in Sarnia ON. The seller had called us because he wanted to sell without any hassles at all. He didn’t live at the property and there were a couple tenants who had not taken good care of the house. The seller had other things to worry about in their personal life, and dealing with problem tenants was too much stress. He called us for a quick, easy sale. We did a full cosmetic renovations including new kitchen and baths, all new flooring, paint, light fixtures, interior doors and trim as well as some light exterior repairs and painting.
